Hot Glue is a site that makes setting up a webpage easy and simple. It allows you to create your space in a web browser window and eliminates the hassle and complexity of codes making it very user friendly. To start creating all you need to do is sign up by making a user name and password. Once you understand all signs and symbols you're good to go.

It is really easy to upload images and videos that can be found on Vimeo and YouTube. The fact that it is all created in a browser screen gives you a real time feel and idea of what the page will look like live.
The only thing that I have struggled with is the alignment of some of the features and buttons on the pages. Some elements, like the forward and back button need to be on every page (which is easy to do). However if you want to add a link onto the symbol it then links all the pages to the same place, which is not always ideal.

When considering the layout of my Hot Glue pages, I wanted to created short bursts of information per page. I tend to find that if i'm on a webpage that has a lot of information that you have to keep scrolling down for I lose intrest quite quickly, so my aim was to have pages with no more than one scroll down. I also like the idea of clicking on links and following a new trail of thought, therefore I have tried to incorporate as many links as possible where appropriate.
